Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

  • All payments for online fitness training programs are non-refundable once the program has started.

  • Refund requests must be made in writing via email to averylauren245@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Full refunds may be issued if a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase, provided the Client has not accessed the training materials.

  • Partial refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as medical conditions preventing participation, with valid documentation.

3. Subscription Refunds

  • Monthly subscriptions must be canceled at least 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription once payment has been processed.

4. Trainer Cancellations

  • If the Trainer is unable to provide the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client may be offered a rescheduled session, credit toward future services, or a partial refund at the Trainer’s discretion.

5. Digital Products and Content

  • Due to the nature of digital workout plans and resources, no refunds will be issued once materials have been accessed or downloaded.

By enrolling in online fitness training, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy.
